1. Delete Wireless CarPlay for the Audi on your phone. Settings, General, CarPlay. Click the Audi_MMI_XXXX and delete it. 2. Disconnect, if connected, the Audi Wifi from your phone. Looks like one unit is missing from boot, as there is amplifier, radio unit and one slot is empty got wires there with label "navigation DVD". So, the MMI notified me that it did not find an updateable (i.e., newer) file on the thumb drive. So, it appears to me that you can update the maps/navigation via the USB port in the 2021s. Leave the car with door closed for 15 minutes. It should work then. I had exactly the same problem, it had been reported to the dealer and the MMI software was upgraded. Just the other day I went to play a song from the Youtube app (nursery songs for the kiddo) via bluetooth and the audio won't work. When I turn up the volume the MMI screen says audio unavailable. Hi folks, so I bought a 2012 Audi Q7 a few days ago, and to my great disappointment, I found that the Navigation doesn't work, it displays the message: Navigation system not available, nor do I have any info displaying when pressing the Info button. My vehicle should be equipped with the 3G iPod and Audi MMI. My iPod touch was purchased last spring to allow music we had loaded on iPod classics for 2021 Audi Q5 PHEV MMI.
